March 5

I really didn't eat that great today...I didn't over-indulge, but I didn't hit all the food groups either :( I really wish I enjoyed vegetables, I really do. I have to make myself eat them and I am only successful with that on the occasional day.

Weight: 203

Breakfast: Whole Grain Rice Krispies, low fat cheese stick, V8 Fusion
Snack: Vita Muffin
Lunch: Salad and roll
Snack: dried pineapple
Supper: Parmesan Couscous with shrimp and 2 Special K bars

Exercise: Nothing :(

  1. What is a vita muffin? Is it a vitamin that got soft and squishy??

    I don't think you are eating enough, Lori. I'm serious. Your body will start thinking you are trying to starve it and it will start to conserve and slow down your metabolism. I know this from experience.
