I really didn't eat that great today...I didn't over-indulge, but I didn't hit all the food groups either :( I really wish I enjoyed vegetables, I really do. I have to make myself eat them and I am only successful with that on the occasional day.
Weight: 203
Breakfast: Whole Grain Rice Krispies, low fat cheese stick, V8 Fusion
Snack: Vita Muffin
Lunch: Salad and roll
Snack: dried pineapple
Supper: Parmesan Couscous with shrimp and 2 Special K bars
Exercise: Nothing :(

What is a vita muffin? Is it a vitamin that got soft and squishy??
ReplyDeleteI don't think you are eating enough, Lori. I'm serious. Your body will start thinking you are trying to starve it and it will start to conserve and slow down your metabolism. I know this from experience.
